White Pearl Gin Gimlet

COCKTAIL INSPIRATION

The Gin Gimlet is a cocktail that rose to popularity in the 1950's, and has been a mainstay on many cocktail bar menus ever since. Our White Pearl Gin Gimlet is a refreshing take on the original, with delicious elderflower and cucumber flavours perfectly combined into this modern classic.

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ shots of White Pearl Gin
½ shot of Elderflower liqueur
¼ cucumber
Splash of soda water
1 teaspoon raw sugar
*You will need a Muddler

METHOD

Muddle cucumber with 1 teaspoon of raw sugar
Add the spirits & shake with ice
Dump into short glass
Garnish with cucumber shreds
