A fruity twist on the classic Gin Fizz cocktail, our Tom Pearly is sure to quench your thirst for gin. Made with a refreshing combination of gin, lemon juice, sugar syrup and soda water - this is a sure-fire way to level-up your next gin and soda.

INGREDIENTS

60ml White Pearl Gin
25ml lemon juice
15 ml sugar syrup
50ml soda water
Lemon Wedge
Mango Wedge

METHOD

Shake the first 3 ingredients with ice and strain into ice filled Collins glass, top with soda and briefly stir. Garnish with lemon, mango, or both!
