The Pearler's Dry Martini
COCKTAIL INSPIRATION
Is there anything more classic than a dry martini? Take this cocktail bar classic to the next level with The Pearler's Gin - specially crafted with native botanicals and the rich umami flavour of Pearl Oyster. Garnish with olives, or a twist of lemon peel and you have the perfect pre-dinner indulgence.
INGREDIENTS
60ml The Pearler's Gin
10ml Dry vermouth
Olives or lemon peel to garnish
METHOD
Add ice and 5ml of Dry Vermouth to a Martini Glass to rinse then chill, then discard.
In a mixing glass add ice, 60ml of The Pearler’s Gin, and 5ml of Dry Vermouth.
Stir until combined.
Double Strain and pour into the chilled martini glass.
Garnish with olives or a twist of lemon peel.
