COCKTAIL INSPIRATION

Packed full of lemon and lime flavours, this refreshing gin cocktail is a mainstay at our Broome Cellar Door.
The perfect cocktail for a balmy summer evening when the humidity is high.

INGREDIENTS

1 shot (30 ml) White Pearl Gin
1 shot (30ml) Cointreau
1/2 lemon, squeezed
1/2 lime, squeezed

METHOD

Mix together in shaker
Strain
Serve over ice
Garnish with lemon and consider adding a sugar cube to sweeten.
