COCKTAIL INSPIRATION

New York's iconic Waldorf Astoria hotel created the original Foghorn Cocktail as a gin-filled ode to the Moscow Mule. And now we have given it a much-deserved Broome twist. Two Broome icons come together in a glass with this refreshing gin cocktail loaded with delicious ginger flavours courtesy of Matso's Ginger Beer.

INGREDIENTS

45ml White Pearl Gin
Matso’s Ginger Beer
2 lime wedges
Sliced ginger
Mint sprocket
5ml of Moontide’s Roebuck Bay Bitters

METHOD

Build in a glass of ice
Placing the ginger and mint on top with the 5ml of Bitters
