COCKTAIL INSPIRATION

Inspired by the classic French Martini - but with a gin twist!
Dial up the fruit flavours of this fun cocktail with the pineapple, passionfruit, coconut, quandong and Kakadu plum in our Pride Tide Gin. Finish with a rainbow sour strap to add a touch more pride to your cocktail party.

INGREDIENTS

60 ml Pride Tide Gin
30 ml Chambord
45ml Pineapple Juice
Juice of 1/2 a Lime

METHOD

Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker
Strain
Serve in a martini glass
Garnish with a rainbow sour strap
