Moontide's Pink Gin

COCKTAIL INSPIRATION

With pink gin all the rage these days, we mixed up a delicious martini with that perfect pink tint. This unique Moontide version uses our hallmark White Pearl Gin and our unique Roebuck Bay Bitters, mixed together into a great expression of native Australian ingredients.

INGREDIENTS

60 ml White Pearl Gin
5 ml Chilled water
5 ml Sugar syrup
5 ml Roebuck Bay Bitters

METHOD

Stir all ingredients with ice, fine strain into a chilled glass.
Garnish with a lemon zest twist
