Made famous by Sex & The City, this cocktail's enduring popularity is testament to it's perfect balance of sweet and sour flavours.

INGREDIENTS

1 shot (30 ml) White Pearl Gin
60 ml cranberry juice
15 mls lemon juice
5 mls sugar syrup

METHOD

Mix together with ice in a shaker
Double Strain
Serve in a martini glass
Garnish with a slice of lime
