COCKTAIL INSPIRATION

Make the most of the delicious coconut and pineapple flavours distilled into our Pride Tide Gin with this delicious pineapple-based cocktail. Close your eyes and sip this tropical cocktail and transport yourself to the white sands of Cable Beach in Broome. It's a tropical holiday in a glass!

INGREDIENTS

45ml Pride Tide Gin
45ml Pineapple juice
15ml Lime juice
10ml Sugar syrup
8 Drops Roebuck Bay Bitters

METHOD

Shake all ingredients with ice in a shaker and strain into an old fashion glass full of ice.
Garnish with a pineapple wedge.
