COCKTAIL INSPIRATION

A Chelsea Sidecar cocktail is essentially the classic sidecar cocktail with the cognac swapped for gin. This super simple cocktail is sure to impress at your next dinner party and leave guests asking for more.

INGREDIENTS

45ml White Pearl Gin
30ml Triple sec liqueur
30ml Lemon juice
7.5ml Sugar syrup

METHOD

Shake all ingredients with ice and fine strain into a chilled coupe glass. Garnish with a lemon zest twist.
