COCKTAIL INSPIRATION

The Caipi-Pride is our tropical Broome interpretation of Brazil's national drink - the Caipirinha. Where the classic Caipirinha uses lime, we use delicious Australian pineapple to make this drink a true taste of Broome. Transport yourself to a tropic parade with every sip with this fun little cocktail.

INGREDIENTS

60ml Pride Tide Gin
¼ of lime
3 spoon of sugar
4 cube of fresh pineapple

METHOD

In a shaker muddle the lime, sugar and fresh pineapple.
Then add the Pride Tide Gin and ice, shake and poor everything into an old fashion glass.
