For lovers of aniseed, we present to you the Black Pearlini. A tangy orange and lemon cocktail combined with the unmistakable flavour of aniseed. This fancy little concoction balances the bitterness of the citrus with the sweetness of the sugar-rimmed glass.
30ml Black Pearl Aniseed Spirit
75ml Fresh orange juice
30ml Fresh lemon juice
2 Drops Roebuck Bay Bitters
Run an orange slice around the rim of a highball glass and coat it in sugar before adding ice.
Shake the Black pearl aniseed spirit, the juices and bitters with ice and strain it into the highball glass.
Garnish with an orange slice.
