Black Pearl Spritzer

COCKTAIL INSPIRATION

The classic combination of aniseed and lemonade is elevated with the addition of mint leaves in this modern and refreshing cocktail. Garnish with a fresh and juicy slice of orange to add even more citrus to the palette.

INGREDIENTS

30ml Black Pearl Aniseed Spirit
4 fresh mint leaves
15ml Lemon juice
Soda water
Orange slice

METHOD

Place Black pearl aniseed spirit, mint and lemon juice in a cocktail shaker with ice and shake vigorously.
Strain in a highball glass filled up with ice and top with soda water.
Garnish with an orange slice.
